No matter the heat, Castor Oil doesn’t go rancid because of the bonds within the oil. The issue with Castor Oil and heat is only a problem when bottled in plastic, this is because the plastic could absorb into the oil, but when bottled in glass, no need to worry.
The sunlight and heat during transportation is okay because Castor Oil doesn’t get damaged like other oils. It’s all about the plastic.
