How do I use the DIY Pack? (100% Organic Cotton Flannel + Strap for Castor Oil Pack)

Step 1: Thread the strap through the holes on both sides of the cotton flannel, then lie it down flat.
Step 2: Apply 1 tbsp of Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) onto your skin or onto the center of the flannel (away from the strap).
Step 3: Place your flannel over your liver area (under your right rib cage) and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour or overnight. Adding heat is optional.
