How do I use the Flannel Insert with my Castor Oil Pack?

Step 1: Place the flannel on the inside of your Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Pack (sold separately).
Step 2: Apply 1 tbsp of Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to your skin or onto the soft cotton side of the Castor Oil Pack.
Step 3: Thread the strings through the holes on both sides to tie your pack onto your liver area (under your right rib cage).
Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.
