Step 1: Apply 1 tbsp of Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to your child’s skin or onto the soft cotton side of the Castor Oil Pack.
Step 2: Place the pack over their liver area (under their right rib cage) and tie it in place.
Wear for 1 hour daily.
**Do not wear overnight. Always supervise your child wearing their pack. Straps may be a choking hazard.
